We are Horndon St Marys LLP, a development company that has been active in West Horndon for many years. We have been promoting the area as a suitable location for growth and engaging extensively with stakeholders to better understand their needs.
Horndon St Marys LLP recently submitted a separate planning application to Thurrock Borough Council (Ref: 24/01051/OUT) on land to the south of West Horndon Station that is fully within their administrative boundary. The team are currently working with Thurrock’s Planning Officers to progress that application, and more information can be found at:

Horndon Rise will consider the emerging proposals at Horndon St Marys. However, the neighbourhood to the north of the station is not reliant upon the development to the south.
Horndon Rise will meet its own planning policy requirements and deliver physical and community infrastructure to meet the needs of its own residents in Brentwood.
