THE PROPOSALS
The planning application for Horndon Rise is at an early stage of development, but we would like to include:
- Around 1,300 new homes, including 50% affordable
- Commercial and employment space
- A new access off the A127
- New playing fields and sports facilities
- Land for a new primary school
- Parks, allotments, community gardens and orchards
- A neighbourhood centre with village shop
